Ordering & Shipping
How long will it take to get my order?
Your Swole Patrol gear is made to order (no mass production factory vibes here). Orders typically arrive within 1-7 business days, though it can take up to 10 business days during busy periods. Most orders ship within a week – we're not Amazon, but we're pretty quick for custom-made awesomeness.
Can I cancel my order?
You have a small window to cancel – usually just a few hours after ordering before we start production. Once your shirt hits the printing press, we can't stop the swole train. If you catch it in time and we can cancel, you'll get a full refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we're keeping it domestic (USA only) while we perfect our operation. International swole patrol expansion coming soon!
What if my package is late or lost?
We'll help you track down your missing gains, but shipping issues need to be resolved with the shipping carrier. We'll provide all the info and assistance we can to help you get your gear.
Product & Quality
What are your shirts made of?
100% ring-spun cotton that's lightweight (4.5 oz/yd²) but durable. Think "soft enough for rest days, tough enough for leg day." We use ethically grown US cotton because we care about more than just gains.
How do they fit?
Classic unisex fit with crew neckline. They're designed to look good on all body types without being too tight or too baggy. True to size for most people – if you're between sizes or prefer looser fits, size up.
Will the design crack, fade, or peel?
Nope. Our printing process is built to last through countless wash cycles, sweat sessions, and whatever punishment you put your gym gear through. These designs are in it for the long haul.
Are they actually comfortable to work out in?
Absolutely. The lightweight cotton breathes well, moves with you, and the tearaway label means no annoying neck scratching during your lifts. They're designed by people who actually work out, for people who actually work out.
What sizes do you carry?
XS through 3XL because gains come in all sizes. Check our size chart for measurements – we believe in transparent sizing, just like we believe in transparent gym humor.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
We accept returns on defective products within 14 days of delivery. The item needs to be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. You'll cover return shipping costs, but we'll make the process as painless as possible.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Since everything is made to order, we don't do direct exchanges. You'd need to return the original (if defective) and place a new order. We know it's not ideal, but it keeps our costs down so we can keep making quality gear at fair prices.
What counts as "defective"?
Printing errors, material defects, or if we somehow sent you the wrong design/size. Normal wear and tear, or buyer's remorse about size doesn't qualify. We're reasonable humans though – if something's genuinely wrong, we'll make it right.
Design & Customization
Can I request custom designs?
Right now we're focused on perfecting our core collection, but we love hearing ideas! Send us your thoughts – if enough people want something, it might just make it into our lineup.
Do you take design suggestions?
Always! Our best designs come from real gym experiences. If you've got a hilariously honest gym thought that would look great on a shirt, slide into our DMs.
Can I get different colors/text colors?
Each design comes in the color combinations we think look best. We've tested these extensively to make sure they pop and last. Trust us on this one.

Are you really lifters or just selling shirts?
We're the real deal. Our designs come from actual gym experiences, gym fails, and gym wins. We're not fitness influencers pretending to understand regular people – we ARE regular people who happen to be pretty funny.
